Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements:
- Timeframe: Return must be requested within 10 days of delivery

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items must be free from pet hairs and odors such as cigarette smoke, perfumes, sprays and food.
- Proof of Purchase: Please supply the order number and email address used for the original order.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Final sale items are not returnable.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return within 10 days of receiving your order. support.inferno@gmail.com
2. Upon acceptance of your return request, package you item for shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Inferno Workwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued if the item meets all return criteria. (unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition)

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Items returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition will not be eligible for store credit and will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve at their expense.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a new order must be placed for the replacement item. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned.
